© 2002 Üzeyir Lokman ÇAYCI

Not much biographical information could be collected on Üzeyir Çayci due to language barriers - Üzeyir writes mainly in Turkish and most of his work was translated into French, some in Spanish, English and German.  However, that should not prevent readers from absorbing Üzeyir's distinctly quiet voice, meaningful reflections and innovative artwork, which transcends all languages.

Born in Bor, Turkey, Üzeyir currently resides in France where his writing and art are well known and awarded.  The poems in this issue are just samples of his writing.  More information about Üzeyir can be found by clicking on the below links.
